GFB1L-40AFDH Devices are a single module device which fits the existing busbar system of the existing arrangement. The device offers protection against overcurrent, short circuit, earth leakage and arc fault all in one device and are available in B&C Curve variants. It can direct replacement RCBO in existing consumer units.Residual current operated circuit-breaker with integral overcurrent protection as Fire protection switch,sensitive to pulsating and alternating currents Type A.

GFB1L-40AFDH This device ensures reliable detection of both AC and pulsating DC leakage currents, enhancing safety in residential and commercial installations. Its integrated arc fault and overload protection functionality reduces the need for multiple components, simplifying wiring and saving space in the consumer unit. Designed for easy installation, it meets the latest electrical safety standards and provides effective fire prevention by quickly disconnecting the circuit upon detecting dangerous arcs or ground faults.

1. Compact design
The single modular design is compatible with existing distribution box busbar systems, allowing direct replacement of traditional RCBOs without requiring any layout modifications.
2. Full-featured integrated protection
● Overload and short-circuit protection: Selectable B-type or C-type trip curves (B-type for residential use, C-type for high-surge equipment).
● Residual Current Protection (Type A): Detects AC and pulsating DC leakage currents with a sensitivity of 30mA (fire/electrocution protection).
● Arc Fault Detection and Protection (AFDD): Detects series/parallel arcs in compliance with IEC 62606.
3. Fire safety reinforcement
Quickly cut the dangerous arc caused by insulation aging, poor contact or grounding fault, and reduce the risk of electrical fire.

In AC single-phase circuits not exceeding 230V, that includes ring circuits, radials etc. Where used, AFDD shall be placed at the origin of the circuit to be protected.
